The Fairfield Herb Society The Fairfield Herb Society is a group of people with a mutual interest - HERBS. People include them in their gardens, use them in their kitchens, decorate with them, and explore their medicinal properties. We in the Herb Society meet monthly so we can share this common interest and increase our knowledge about the planting, growing, and many uses of herbs.
